If you've ever been to Gayle's in Santa Cruz, you'll want to at least look at this book. My copy is curled and stained from much hard use. Must use recipes include the chocolate chip cookies (which include powdered oatmeal) and the lavender shortbread. Lots of great tips for aspiring bakery owners, too.
